Session Overview:

Can you tell which employee is suffering from Poor Wellbeing?

We gathered data from 125 Filipino Leaders and Team Members about Wellbeing and this Learning Session's design is anchored on these findings aimed to equip leaders with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to promote and support well-being in the workplace. Leaders play a critical role in creating a work environment that fosters employee well-being, engagement, and productivity.

Objectives:

1. Understand well-being in the workplace in the current time based on our findings

2. Identify the leader's role in promoting well-being

3. Co-create a brave and safe space conversation about the roles we and leaders play on employee wellbeing

4. Appreciate insights and inputs on how to support one's own wellbeing and the wellbeing of one's own organization

5. Assess one's own wellbeing through a free wellbeing assessment
