In honor of International Women's month, AmCham North Luzon put a spotlight on "Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship" with guest speaker Ms. Lorraine Belo-Cincochan, President and the Chief Executive Officer of Wilcon Depot Inc.

The unique skills and exceptional talents of women have been marked in different aspects, especially in the business industry. Some of the distinguished businesses were under the mechanisms led and performed by women, contributing to the economic growth of the society. And as challenges may accumulate, so are the innovative ideas and solutions women can generate.

Lorraine Belo-Cincochan
President and Chief Executive Officer at Wilcon Depot Inc.
Lorraine Belo-Cincochan is a Director, President, and the Chief Executive Officer of Wilcon Depot, Inc. She has held various positions in the Wilcon family business starting out as a second-generation trainee under the company's founder. In 2000, she headed the company’s IT department which resulted in the digitalization of Wilcon’s key processes. From 2003 to 2005, she was assigned to manage the daily operations of the first-ever large format Wilcon Depot branch where she gained experience in retail operations. As the company continued to grow its store network, she was then appointed as Executive Vice President for Operations in 2005 and in 2006 became the Company’s Executive Financial Officer, holding the position until March 2016. In 2018, she was recognized as one of the 2018 Forbes Asia Emergent Women Honorees.
