This membership is available to corporations, partnerships, proprietorships, and other business organizations and enterprises based in North Luzon and are members in NCR, which are registered and qualified to do business in the Philippines.

In this classification, the firm shall be represented by an accredited individual who must rank as a senior executive. This representative does not require an American citizenship.
