Tournament fee is at P3,500.00 per Player (inclusive of Green fee, Insurance, Giveaways, Dinner and Raffle Ticket).
Checks should be made payable to The American Chamber of Commerce of the Phils., Inc. Please deposit your payments to: BDO Checking Acct. No. 006998014353 and email your deposit slip to amchamvisayas@gmail.com. Priority will be given to paid reservations.
REMINDERS:
1. Deadline for reservation is on August 27, 2019. Payments must be in before August 27, 2019.
2. Tee-time allocation is on a FIRST-PAID, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
3. Reservations should be cancelled at least 48 hours before the event.
4. No-shows will be billed at full cost.
5. Substitutes can be accommodated in cases of emergencies.
